Introduction MacAMP is an attempt to give WinAmp a MacOS 8 look... Why?

I'm a die-hard NT fan. Who loves Macintoshes. Yes, it can
happen! With a graphic design / computer art background, I'm
also a big fan of any tool that does the job right first
time. Besides, Mac OS 8 is also the most beautiful GUI in
the world. Can't wait for MacOS X!

Having seen thousands of Win 3.x and Win95 skins around, but
hardly any Maccy ones, I had to make one!

                    ------------------------------------------------------------

Installation Unzip the file into your WinAmp folder. It includes
sub-directories, so it should put everything in its
                    appropriate place.

Run WinAmp and change your skin (Alt+S) to "MacAMP 98" and
it should chameleonize right in front of your very eyes.

If it didn't it's not my fault.

BTW, You'll need version 1.8 or above... but then, as if
you wouldn't religiously update to the latest and greatest
                    version as often as possible!

Go on, get yourself to www.winamp.com and suck data!

   Version History 98.70

                     - Added "dialogs.txt" to comply with new WinAmp 1.92 specs.

                     - How bloody brilliant is the new Nitrane decoder?!? Just
when I thought it was safe to ask about MMX processing...
                       whoop! There it is!

                    98.62

                     - Fixed up 256 colour mode, total of 96 colours! Looks
great at any colour depth (except 16 colours of course!
Get out of the dark ages!) A side effect of this is the
even smaller file size. So many very simple skins are SO
huge, even as zip files... Not MacAMP! E-mail me for the
                       reason why.

                    98.6

                     - Remodelled all the buttons, changed the volume and
balance bar thumbnails. Does this suck? I think I prefer
                       the older version...

                     - Changed title bar to resemble Mac OS 8, using Tahoma
instead of OCR for title... looks heaps better!

                     - Changed title bar icons... Mmm, Macintosh.

                     - Made a mini panel for the Apple symbol. Looks cooler than
                       Apple on lighter work area.

                    98.2

                     - Added viscolor.txt to resemble the Apple Logo colours.

                     - Perfected button art. Still looks like Win95 though.

                    98

                     - Original version. All future versions will be
                       "Year.Month"
